Newton Falls

Newton Falls is a city located within Newton Township in Trumbull County, Ohio, on a total area of 2.39 square miles.  As of the census of 2010 there were 4,795 people, 2,064 households, and 1,236 families residing in the city.

The city is known for its ZIP code, which is 44444, and for its covered bridge, which is the second oldest in the state of Ohio, and one of only two in Ohio with an integrated covered walkway.  

Newton Falls earned its name from the two sets of falls within the city, each on different branches of the Mahoning River.

Newton Falls is in the center of beautiful state parks, offering a variety of outdoor activities and is a short distance to beautiful and highly rated golf courses and country clubs.  The Mahoning River Water Trail winds through Newton Falls – making for a beautiful canoeing and/or cycling trip through Newton Falls.
